Our feelings: Each natural response, whether felt or not
Our fears: Fear of something bad being repeated

Our energy: Life force energy
THE OUTSIDE
Our inside world determines every reaction and action we have towards the outside world.
Our beliefs: If we view the world as scary, we will act accordingly.
If we do not believe we deserve, we will be blind to all that is given to us
If we believe we are a failure, success will be sabotaged.
Our emotions: If we are overwhelmed with hurt and sadness, we will be too distracted to participate in the world effectively.
If we carry hurt, we will be too scared to risk being hurt again.
Our feelings: If we aren’t aware of a feeling, our body will feel it for us.
If we stop ourselves feeling because it hurts, we miss feeling the happy times.
If we can’t feel what makes us sing from the inside, how can we find what we love to do.
Our fears: If we are scared, we avoid life in the world.
If we are anxious, we miss the fun in life.
If we are scared of situations, we sabotage the ones that could be successful.
Our 3 parts: If we don’t understand why we think, feel and do the things we do, we condemn and blame ourselves.
If we don’t know why the child part of us is sad, we can’t help ourselves feel better.
If we are not aware of our inner strength and knowing, we miss knowing ourselves.
Our energy: If our feeling is shut down, we cannot feel the life energy within us.
If we cannot feel our own energy, we feel flat and lifeless.
If we do not know of our own energy, we cannot feel the love from other people.
FROM THE INSIDE OUT
The goal is to become the central player in control of our own lives. We do this by using tools to understand the various parts then change their base, therefore their impact on helping us get what we want.
