For most, you will think it is crazy to want to put on weight, but many people are just as self-conscious about their body being to skinny. The first rule in gaining weight is to eat like crazy. If you are skinny, your metabolism is naturally very fast, and you have to force yourself to grow by eating more than you are used to. Make sure you spread these meals out into 6 meals a day so your body is constantly getting protein and other nutrients. Just as important is eating the right things. Make sure you are keeping your diet clean with good proteins and carbohydrates. You can't just eat a lot of whatever you want or it will all be fat and not muscle. Good proteins are chicken, fish, lean beef, and turkey. Good carbohydrates consist of brown rice, potatoes, wheat pasta, and bagels. Finally, make sure that you are supplementing properly while trying to gain weight. The biggest problem many people have when trying to gain weight, is some people over eat and get fat. Even if you are eating the right, low fat foods, if it is to much you will still put on fat. A good supplement to accompany you is something all-natural like Wu Yi Tea

. This green tea will help keep your metabolism high and still burning fat while you are putting on weight. Obviously, gaining weight can be just as tough for many people as losing it. If you follow these simple rules and have a good workout program, you will be well on your way to the body of your dreams.
