How To Use Aroma Therapy For Anxiety Relief.

We can use aroma therapy for anxiety relief. Essential oils are very effective in the treatment of anxiety and assist in relaxing the mind.

It's normal to feel a little anxious when encountering life's upset such as family or work problems. Anxiety becomes a problem only when it is excessive. Abnormal anxiety can result in many physical symptoms such as muscle fatigue, digestive problems, headaches and migraine, allergies, insomnia and heart disease. It is also an influencing factor in many other serious illness.

Aromatherapy can help you calm and soothe your nerves. You can make a blend of some recommended essential oils and use this blend for regular body massage, Dry inhalation when you feel the attack, vaporizing or you can take an aromatic bath for release your tension.

Some of recommended essential oils aroma therapy for anxiety are :nn * Chamomile has calming and soothing effect on an emotional level, helping to relieve stress, depression, and irritability.
* Petitgrain calms anger and panicn * Ylang ylang calms adrenaline flow and relaxes the nervous system. It will ease feelings of anger, shock, panic and fear.

You can make this aroma therapy for anxiety blends by mixing 2 drops chamomile, 3 drops petitgrain and 1 drop ylang ylang. If you want to use this blend for massage, please dilute it with 15 ml sweet almond oil. And for inhalation, you can put two to three drops of this blend in an oil burner.

As for bathing, you can add a few drops of those essential oils to bath salts. You can use dead sea salt or Epsom salt as a bath salt. Dead sea salt have been found to restore calmness, reduce anxiety and stress. Epsom salt bath is known to relieve aching limbs, muscle strain and back pain.

People who suffer from anxiety usually work to a very high standard level of expectation. Learn to accept that no one is perfect.
