The Law of Attraction is all about what you focus on. The basic rule is: what you think about, expands. If you’re thinking about not having enough money. Not being healthy enough. Not being happy enough. Then that’s exactly what is going to come back to you. On the other hand, if you try to focus on having an abundance. Having health. Having happiness. Then that’s what you will bring more of into your life. Visualizations and affirmations are ways of helping you focus on what you do want.

I have a lot of people ask me why they aren’t reaping the benefits when they are “in need of good things.” Well…the clue to their problem might just be the word “need.” Look up the word “need” and you’ll find that it’s generally a negative word. According to Webster’s it means: “a lack of something requisite, desirable, or useful; lack of the means of subsistence; poverty.” Talk about NOT good! Imagine putting that out into the Universe, knowing what you put out is what you get back. Yep—you’re only going to get more and more “need.”
Then a lot of clients say, “Ok… but the honest truth is that I DO need more money/ a new relationship/ a new house/ etc” Here’s my answer to them. Sometimes the best thing to do is reframe the thought.

Negative: “I need more money” = More and more feelings of needing more money
Positive: “Money comes to me easily and frequently” = You’ll start seeing doors opening for more money to come to you

Or

Negative: “I need a new relationship” = More feelings of being alone and needing a relationship
Positive: “I have the perfect loving partner for me” = Meeting men/women who are compatible

Now in both situations the issue is the same, but the thought placed towards the issue is diametric. The thoughts focused on each situation are what bring the result.

I challenge everyone to take a look at how they are using the Law of Attraction in their own lives. If you are stifled, ask yourself why. Take a look at what and how you’ve focusing on what you want. Get rid of the negative and start framing your desires the RIGHT way!
