BoomerSays: “Think Lifestyle.”
There are fad diets, quick weight loss plans, meals by mail, starvation, etc., etc. Have you, or anyone whom you know, kept weight off-long term with one of those “plans?” There is only one long term “plan” that works. It’s a balanced lifestyle of proper eating and exercise; the old saying about calories in – calories out is true. Set your long term goals, and then formulate a lifestyle plan that will result in you reaching your goal. After you have reached your goal, simply continue what you are doing, and that healthy balanced daily lifestyle that you are living will be your own very personal long-term lifestyle.
If you need help in formulating a lifestyle plan, don’t be afraid to ask for help. www.IronBoomer.com nn
