Dance lectures will cost you, but it sure beats running on a treadmill.

Pick up a physical sport. Winning, or being skilled at it, is not really the point. The goal is to get up, get out and get those muscles working!

Get a dog. Taking your dog for a morning jog is a good way to start the day. A medium or big-sized dog would be your best option.
