Living authentically is about using the psycho-spiritual tools available to us for creating, maintaining, and sharing a life driven by your Earthly purpose. I believe we all have a life purpose, which is our individual contribution to elevating the human experience, and enriching the Spirit Consciousness.

Too often fear keeps us from connecting to our divine purpose. The lessons of our personal journey are gifts of transformation. Are you living the life of your dreams? It is possible.

My Personal Journey: My story is one of faith, courage, and perseverance. I strive to model these attributes for people who are looking for a way to live abundantly, and build on a foundation of peace & happiness. I remember, very distinctly, at age 14 being overwhelmed with the feeling that I would be called to speak to the masses. At the time I did not know why, when, or even how this calling would manifest in my life.

By age 25 I had already endured some pretty traumatic circumstances: sexual violence, clinical depression, attempted suicide, and a baffling eating disorder. I remember thinking that The Creator & The Universal Spirit must hate me. I thought…I must have done some horrendous deed to deserve such treatment…but nothing could further from the truth.

Now, I am certain that I endured –and survived—those ghastly experiences so that I might give hope to the hopeless…and tell a story of strength in faith.

So where am I today? After much self-exploration, and thought liberation, I am living without lack thinking. I am secure in who I am…and whose I am. Everything in my life begins and ends with my Inner-Spirit. My life is rooted in an unshakeable foundation of inner peace, self-love, and faith.

I am consciously living the life of a spiritual being having an Earthly experience, which begins with attention and intention. I have the universe, other souls, and the Creator as the source of my supply---as do we all. It is this “knowingness” that enables me to face any challenge, and, then, share my lessons with others. You are blessed to do the same!

"I feel that I have a duty to speak the truth as I see it and to share not just my triumphs, not just the things that felt good, but the pain, the intense, often unmitigating pain." Audre Lorde
