Time for Exercise: the length of a meal

Properties Required: none

    Steps:
  1. One of you selects a topic of conversation for a special evening meal.
  2. Announce the topic to your partner. Note: You can take turns selecting topics.
  3. You both do a little research about the topic. If you are able to access the Internet, do a search on Google.com and you will quickly find more information than you have time to digest, on almost any topic imaginable.
  4. At dinner, instead of silence or mundane discussions about the weather, engage in a lively exchange about the chosen topic.

Comments:

Mealtimes can be most stimulating if you go to a little trouble and prepare yourself. Make the times matter, by how much you put into this exercise, and you will be richly rewarded.
