As a student of spiritual practices for over thirty years as well as being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have found that for myself as well as the people I have counseled, the most effective healing has occurred when clients are able to not only focus on positive thought, but more so on emotions and feelings. One of the important things to remember is that our thinking processes are so complex it can be very difficult to maintain control over all of the thoughts our brain generates. Emotions on the other hand are more specific and we can more easily tap into them.nA feeling of anger is just that. A feeling of fear is also just that. It’s important to understand that issues we currently face can be the by product of past issues. In other words when we suffer from current anxiety depression, anger, etc, these issues are not usually due to just the current issues we face. We are basically rehashing issues that have been in us all of our lives. We hold on to these negative issues and unless we learn how to let them go, they will continue to resurface for the rest of our lives. By becoming aware of a particular emotion a person can begin to heal past issues by learning how to let go of past negative conditioning. This can be most effectively done by practicing letting go in the present moment. By practicing healing in the present moment or the here and now, healing occurs more readily and the effects are more consistent and lasting than more traditional therapies. An incredibly effective technique to use in order to deeply heal oneself is to use the most available tools we have. And those tools are simply our own minds, body and spirit.nHow can we accomplish this?nn The process is simple. So simple that our minds will fight to hold on to what we have been conditioned to respond to. This selfish ego based way of thinking causes our selfish ego to fight to the death at times to hold on to what we have been accustomed to. How do you know that it’s generated more from what I call the selfish ego as opposed to our conscious selves? Well, if you are not getting any better over the days, weeks, months, and years, that’s a good indication the selfish ego is winning the battle. Meditation has been identified as being an important aspect of healing. nMediation is no more than a tool to help us become more aware, and the awareness in and of itself is the best healing factor. And the practice to get and remain in the here and now, is this. Begin bringing more of your awareness to whatever feelings you are having. You can do this when alone or even in public, as long as much attention is not needed.nTry not to force anything, but more so let the feelings emerge. Also try not to think about whether or not you are doing it right or not. There is no right or wrong here. If you are present, you are present, and more and more you will begin to live the benefits of presence, such as peace and happiness. As the feelings begin to emerge you will find them becoming more intense and recognizable. Without judging it, accept the feeling(no matter how negative), breathe it in, and release it with the out breath. Don’t be afraid that you be attracting negativity by fully accepting the negative feeling. By bringing the negativity into the moment the negative feeling will more easily be extinguished. The true Law of Attraction is no secret, and the Spirit responds better to truth than faking it to make it.nTry this every day for a few weeks, and you will begin to feel more whole, and also will begin to develop more motivation to continue healing.nIf things begin to become too intense, you can always confer with a professional healer. About the Author

Hello,

My name is Ron Figueroa, and I have found true inner peace and ways to holistically cure disease. First of all let me say that I have been in the counseling field for over 30 years. I have a Masters Degree in Counseling and Community Psychology, and all credits toward a school psychology degree. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have attended energy healer training schools, and have done extensive work studying and applying alternative healing. I am a certified Hypnotist.
Before getting into the specifics, let me tell you a little story.
I have had positive TB anti body results since I was a child.
After using the system, I tested negative.
Also, I developed a serious skin condition that required the use of a potentially dangerous prescription skin cream. After applying presence, and cleansing, I have not had to use any skin medication for years.

In many cultures and general meditative circles, people often rely on the use of the Amazonian psychoactive brew known as Ayahuasca. It is made using different herbs and plants, with the primary psychoactive ingredient being Ayahuasca itself. The brew contains various compounds that trigger a chemical response and reaction in the brain, which, in turn, leads to a relief in depression, suicidal tendencies, PTSD, and other mental health struggles. However, this is by no means a
