Using the analogy of a family doctor, there are key ‘Vital Signs’ which are carefully examined by your Network Leadership to determine the ‘health’ of your business. That’s one of the main reasons why it is imperative that you counsel regularly with the upline leaders in your Multi Viral Marketing business.
As you build your organization, there are at least 10 Vital Signs that your upline leaders use as a guideline while they examine your business. They diagnose your network symptoms and ultimately give you the necessary prescriptions to improve its overall health and success. Listen to and follow their prescriptions! Their level of success makes them the ‘doctor’ and you, the ‘patient.’
Do not be your own ‘doctor!’ If the ‘patient’ does not like the ‘doctor’s’ prescription, then go to another ‘doctor!’ Your Network Leadership cannot be your ‘doctor’ if you don’t take their ‘prescriptions!’ Remember, your group will duplicate everything YOU do.nnLeadership Definition Of 10 Critical Success Factors For Growth:nn1. # of First Level Associatesn2. # in Total Networkn3. # Core Associatesn4. # Who Attend Webinars/Meetingsn5. # Who View Your Opportunityn6. # of Legs 5 - 20 Deepn7. # of Key Relationships per Legn8. # of Legs w/20+ on their First Leveln9. # of Legs w/People Getting Paid ea.
