If we have fear living in us we will attract relationships, experiences and health issues to face the negativity that fear takes us to. Every negative experience blocks the future that holds everything we want for a healthy, loving and abundant life.

Negative emotions are the barriers that stop us from creating the life we want. The negativity of anger, resentment, hurt, judgment, disappointment, self-doubt and guilt stop the flow of positive living.

There are two ways to see your issue or experience:

1. Through the eyes of your negative mind where you hold the pain of your past history.
2. Through the heart where the pain of negativity can heal with truth.

FEAR can be your ally in the process of healing.

FEAR is your enemy if lodged in the body because of denial or blame.

FEAR can help reveal truth and once acknowledged can be released.

When we are angry and feeling resistance or struggle, the holding on to making someone wrong creates the barrier to forgiveness and an open heart.

Fear of rejection, fear of not being loved can be the negative force and the hurt that keeps us from letting go of the other person being wrong.

Taking responsibility for our negativity can be the first step to freedom. Become aware that our need to be right or making someone wrong can get in the way of communication and intimacy with our relationships.

Needing someone’s love and approval stops us from looking at the self-doubt that attracts the experience of struggle or point of conflict in the first place.

Any negativity, disrespect or judgment in our relationships shows us there is an aspect in us that doesn’t love and respect our self. See the truth…the person or experience is showing us the aspect in us that doesn’t fully accept, respect, appreciate or realize that we are good enough, smart enough or worthy of everything that we want. We don’t have to have a relationship with critical and judgmental people…but they may be in our life because we are critical and judgmental. Making someone else wrong and seeing them wrong, not worthy, smart or loveable stops us from facing the aspect in us that believes that we are not.

Underneath each of our negative experiences lives fear!
Fear of rejection, fear of being alone, fear of not being loved, fear of not being good enough, fear of not be approved of, fear of failure, fear of death

The experience of someone’s actions or words may take us to the feeling of fear and the experience of hurt keeps us distracted from our fear. If we blame the other person instead of seeing the truth revealed, we will continue to attract experiences to lift up our fear.
We can put any label we want on fear and it all feels the same…

FEAR FEELS PARALIZING!!!

Control, making someone wrong, taking action, changing directions, blaming, judgment, projecting, withdrawing, walking on egg shells, sweeping it under the carpet…are all experiences or distractions we choose so not to feel the FEAR. Our negative thoughts continue to cover up, put a cap on, tuck away or go into the denial that the fear is in us. Pockets of fear sit waiting in memory cells of our body until conflict of any sort lifts the fear to the surface.

Fear’s only compatibility to our healing is if the fear acts as a conductor to pain. Fear connects in us like an energetic or electrical wire that becomes alive when connected to another person’s wire, feeding the body with the current of fear. This current of fear lets out a chemical like a toxin that becomes disease in our physical body or our emotional body.

The fear’s role is to face the truth, seeing the only way out of the body or the mind is to come up to the surface where the energy of acceptance, love and peace will release the fear out of the physical and emotional body.

When the emotion of love is experienced it is fed through the wire of fear and will continue to short out the fuse of fear until it is released and melted away. When someone stands before you and a point of ignition allows fear to take over, either negativity is engaged and experienced or it triggers a shut down and withdrawal…fear becomes lodged within and waits for the next conflict.

Once fear is acknowledged as your own, the release of negativity can be freed out of your body and mind and you can find your way to the open heart of self with love. This experience of letting go of blame or judgment creates a love chemical as you reflect the body with no fear.

The antidote for Fear is Faith as you see your fear as an ally to getting to know the truth.

THE HIGHEST PURPOSE OF FEAR IS TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED AND RELEASED.

WHAT TRUTH DO WE WANT TO ACCEPT?

I AM WORTHY.
I AM SMART.
I AM LOVEABLE.
I AM UNIQUE

I WANT HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS!
I WANT TO BE HEALTHY IN MY LIFE, MIND, BODY and SPIRIT!
I WANT TO BE ABUNDANT! PROSPEROUS!
I WANT LOVE IN MY LIFE!
I WANT TO BE CONNECTED TO MY LIFE PURPOSE!

The list of wants can go on and on…what can stand in the way are fear and negativity.
Allow your life to show you the way to the negative beliefs that stop you from achieving everything you desire.
