Dear Loved Ones,

Welcome to Spirituality Inside and Out and the Daily Universal Insights.

SMILE

Smile and the Universe will smile back at you.
Smile bigger and the Universe will smile bigger.
Smile with a grand gesture and the Universe will respond as a grand gesture.

Smile into this picture as you as the whole world.
Such words and action will certainly effect the way you and I and all respond to our every day challenges.

Smile just for the fun of it.
Smile just to see your frown lines.
Smile just to make a difference in your life and your loved ones.

Smile because it will make you feel good inside and out.
Smile as you open up your closet and see what you see as the abundant presence of God within all that you own.
Smile knowing that this too shall pass.

Smile and move forward smiling.
How can one Smile when one is consumed with despair and sorrow?
How can one Smile when one is consumed with sadness and loneliness?
How can one Smile when one is consumed with anger and resentment?

Smile and allow your smile to dissolve your unwanted emotions and let your Smile increase your vibration to a higher vibration so that all of your hard work and desires manifest as you take the appropriate actions.

Let go and let your smile do the work.

Today I invite you to look at yourself as you Smile. Look into your loved one and Smile. Let go of any judgments as your ego that may prevent you from Smiling. And connect to your Soul that is thriving to be open and Smile.

Smile as you stop at the gas station. Smile as you stop by the bank. Smile as you stop by the supermarket. Smile as you are dropping off and picking up your kids. Smile as you are exercising your heart out. Smile at what's next on your agenda. And Smile as your boss as your Smile will brighten up your day and his/hers.

As you vibrate with a Smile know that you are worthy and deserving of living your life happily and joyfully as your birthright.
