I know the climate of the world seems a little more challenging right now. Do we really feel like celebrating? Well, we must. We must decide to be beacons of light even in the face of a seeming distressed economy.
We are more concerned about our financial health or lack of it than anything else right now. However, do you know what comes first? It’s our overall health, whether it’s physical or mental health. I have had so many of my clients comment to me how utterly unbelievable their lives have become the more they take care of themselves. They started feeling better on the inside and lo and behold, it seemed everything in their lives started to flow. They started to get to know themselves better and really started to believe they are something special, worthy of their own love and attention. All the time I hear, “You know, not only am I losing weight, feeling energetic, and my skin looks superb, but my relationships are working better. I’m more productive and focused and yup, you guessed it, my finances have also improved. All because I’m taking better care of this temple I call myself.
I feel so honored to be able to help so many—mostly women—and I don’t say no to the men who call for help either. I can’t express how grateful I am to help you become more of the person you are. To help you stop hiding your true essence, whether it’s through extra weight or body imbalances causing illness, or lack of peace in your life. To be able to bring more harmony, peace, and self-acceptance into your life is truly a journey worthy of your effort, focus, and certainly mine as well.
In this time of giving and receiving, I encourage you to remain positive and to stay uplifted and inspired as much as possible. Do things that give you lightness and joy. Be with others who are uplifting or be the up-lifter. Spread the glow of love, warmth, and possibility. This really is a time of FAITH. Let’s not lose ours. These days, more than anything, we need FAITH. I am not talking about religion, although if you have a religious leaning, by all means embrace it. I speak of the belief and knowing there is something more, if you are living in joy, love, and appreciation you will be touched by an inner peace and calmness.
Remember George Bailey from “It’s a Wonderful Life?” By the time the movie ended George certainly knew about Faith and just how meaningful all his contributions to those around him were. Also, don’t forget about all the contributions you’ve made—they are valuable.
According to the Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy, “Wellbeing is a state of being healthy, happy, and prosperous.” This is what I wish for you.
Be well, live well, and enjoy the season.
