Over the past three decades I have seen a lot. It isn't so much that I had special opportunities even though I have been blessed with meeting lots of celebrities and well known people, but rather more that I just happened to be watching constantly.

Most people go through the living experience and pay very little attention to others or the decisions and actions of others. That is unless those decisions and actions impact their living process directly or the situation is so utterly absurd or pronounced that one cannot help but take notice.

I have been systematically observing the patterns, decisions and results of humans since my teenage years. This was research for the human excellence technologies I have developed over the years and it gave me a detailed and condensed view of how people live.

There is an almost endless uniqueness to individual humans. Along with height, weight, physical features and voice are the less considered yet just as important aspects of living standards, grooming, facial expression, body posture and thought patterns. Candy coat that with attitude and personality and you have quite a diverse creature. No two are ever exactly alike not even identical twins.

When I was a child there was a game called Mr. Potato Head and it is still sold even today. The premise is that you start with a generic potato shaped body and you add a different set of eyes, nose, mouth and such to create a unique looking Mr. Potato Head.

People are just like that. Oh, there are a few parts you can't exchange like some physical features or the sound of your voice not that you might not want to. However, you do have far more control over the Mr. Potato Head that you become than you realize. Physical weight, hair color, eye color, and conditioning are all within your decision making process.

Certainly your standards and values, grooming, thought patterns, expressions and posture are all within your scope of human self-control. Attitude and personality cost you nothing more than a little forethought and calm reserve.

You personally decide to become an attractive and influential Mr. Potato Head or an ugly, disgusting example of humanity. If the choice to be attractive and successful is totally within self-control why are there so many ugly Mr. Potato Heads running around in the public? Look around you they are there! In fact, they are everywhere.

Now, I don't want to sound too critical or negative and any discussion of the uglier side of people usually leaves the reader with that impression. I didn't make them the way they are. Each of these people chose intentionally to build their personal Mr. Potato Head image the way they have. It is what is acceptable to them.

What is acceptable to you? Get up right now after you finish reading this and take a good long look at yourself in a mirror. What does your Mr. Potato Head look like to others? Could that be a big reason behind the reactions and responses you get from others?

Well, I guess if you simply don't care how others see you and what results you get in life you can continue to follow the same pattern you have been following. Look what it has done for you so far.

You are who YOU choose to be. No other person did this to you and the decision to change into a completely different Mr. Potato Head is entirely up to you. Start all over and slowly remove the ugly parts of self and replace them with more attractive components.

You will feel better about yourself and your living experience will be enhanced far beyond anything that you dreamed possible.
