New York City a little fun facts about NYC as well as fun "things to do NYC. First fun facts of NYC. The first thing that comes to mind of NYC is the nicknames. NYC is so loved that one place has many nicknames. Some I’m sure you have heard before are: The Big Apple, Gotham City, and the Capital of the World, the Empire, and my favorite The City That Never Sleeps. People like it so much they also name it twice New York, New York. Crazy fun things "things to do NYC” style. Like, finding love, its found in the air underneath the starts for the BIG APPLE, Hey it could happen right? Especially for a city that never sleeps. I asked a NYC local/friend of mine who lives there if that statement was really true about NYC. My friend laughs say yes NYC truly does not sleep. NYC has basically everything you can imagine from endless amount of entertainment and Attractions fun things to go to. So you need at lest a good week or two to stay in order to see everything fun thing you can. My friend was nice to name a view "things to do NYC" that she loves to do listed bellow. NYC is a place of constant energy, diversity, culture and opportunity. I love the focus on the arts and communal atmosphere of those who live in the city. You meet so many new and interesting people who are truly international. 1. Brooklyn Bridge. 2. Walking through Central Park. 3. Go to the top of the Rock over look the city. 4. Eat pizza at Grimaldi's or John's pizzeria. 5. Visit Elvis Island museum. 6. Metropolitan Museum of Art including the roof exhibit. 7. Viewing the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center, walk around a city street fair, attend a concert at Bowery Ballroom or Mercury Lounge 9. Amazing free fun things to do especially "things to do NYC in the summer are concerts in the Park. Free tickets to see the great Andrea Bocelli and New York Philharmonic in Central Park. Shakespeare in the Park performances in the summer. Free Fridays at the Museum of Modern art. Street fairs throughout the summer. There are amazing fun things that are free like poetry readings and movie premieres/screenings. 10. Sit down on a bench on Poet's Walk and watch people walk by. Those sound like amazing fun things to see. I have listed some "things to do NYC" that I would love to do as well. Places like the Bronx Zoo, Lincoln Center, and Empire State Building. All the way from Staten Island to the Brooklyn Bridge also a recommend while there which sounds like fun is Time Square, Botanical Garden and Statue of Liberty. New York City is not very cheap. As listed above the top ten things to do in NYC, which most are free “fun things to do in NYC”. One thing that is nice about NYC is that there are plenty of things to do all year around.
