A Simple 4 Step Process For Anyone Who Wants To Grow Taller Naturally
Written by Robert Mista
There is a four-step process that I believe to be mandatory if you really want to grow taller naturally. Maybe you have already taken the first two steps subconsciously. However, being aware of this process is almost like insurance for when something unexpected happens. Look at it as the perfect framework that can guide you towards success in this matter.
Step 1: Educate Yourself
Before you think you’re going to have to study big dusty books, let me clarify. It does not mean that you need to study and fully indulge in the topic of how to grow taller naturally. All it means is that you know the basics, so that you can complete step two. See, I strongly believe that the better educated you are, the freer you are in your thoughts. With education, I don’t mean schooling. All I mean to say is that with some knowledge in this topic, you will be able to justify your endeavor much better.
Step 2: Be Convinced
You have to be convinced that you, too, can grow taller. Don’t come up with excuses like “It has worked for others but it won’t work for me”. Whenever you work out or cook a special meal or decide go to bed earlier so you can sleep more, you have to be convinced that these things are going to make you taller. Here is why: There will be days where you are frustrated. There will be days where friends and family question what you are doing. Something little can go wrong and you could change your mind. All the time and energy spent on a height gain program will be wasted then. Moreover, you’ve just squandered your chances of growing any taller. These days will come and what you have to do is accept what went wrong, accept what others have to say, but don’t stop to be convinced that it will work for you. This way, you’re going to wake up the next day and proceed with your plan.
Step 3: Start Immediately
The title of step three says it all: start immediately. Start slowly, but start immediately. If you hesitate, you only give yourself time to come up with excuses and doubts. Start now by implementing what you already know and worry about the details afterwards. Don’t overdo it, just take one step every day – like today, you are reading this article.
Step 4: Make It A Habit
This is the last and in my opinion most important step. Whatever methods and techniques you decide to implement, always think of it as a new habit. This is not something temporary that you do for one or two weeks. You should form a new lifestyle that is beneficial to your height so that you can grow taller naturally several inches.
