Wrong food choices can lead to a bloated, puffy face. I know a variety of recipes and whole day meal plans for achieving your slimmer, more contoured face. Fortunately, I’ll give you one whole day meal plan for you to follow in order to reduce your chubby cheeks and remove your double chin. Keep reading in order to know more about this meal plan.

What to take just after you wake up: Dilute the juice of half-a-lemon in a cup of tepid water. Dissolve a table spoon of ground flax seed in a glass of water.

What to take during breakfast: Lip-smacking liquid nectar breakfast.

1 cup skimmed milk
1 ripe banana
½ cup fat-free yogurt
Strawberry, Vanilla, or Chocolate Flavoring to taste (optional)

Chop the banana and blend all the ingredients together for a slurpy, smooth breakfast.

What to take for your mid-morning snack: You should include half a cup of mixed nuts inside ten small dates.

What to take for lunch: Mouthwatering Mediterranean Potato Pie

1 lb. potato
1 finely chopped onion
2 cloves, crushed garlic
1 medium, diced eggplant
1 16-oz can black-eyed beans
½ lb soya mince
1 cup vegetable stock
2 tsp. yeast extract
2 tbsp. tomato puree
¼ lb. sun dried tomatoes
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Fahrenheit. Wash the potatoes and slice them thickly. Boil them in slightly salted water for about 10 minutes or until they feel tender. Chop the onion, eggplant, and garlic and cook in a little vegetable stock until lightly browned.

Add the beans, soya mince, vegetable stock, yeast extract, tomato puree, sun-dried tomatoes and rosemary, and bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then spoon the mixture into an ovenproof dish. Top with the drained potato slices, overlapping them to cover the filling. Bake until the top is lightly browned and serve piping hot.

What to take for your late-afternoon snack: A tall glass of fresh pineapple juice.

What to take for dinner: Steamed vegetables tossed together with lime juice and fresh herbs.

What to take before bedtime: Dissolve a table spoon of ground flax seed in a glass of water.
