Despite being the smallest country in the Asia, Maldives exhibit versatility in culture, traditions, cuisines, tourist spots, adventure activities and almost everything else. The reason attributing towards the highly diverse Maldivian culture is the strategic location of the island nation on the trade route of Indian Ocean. People from different parts of the world bring along their values, traditions, habits and culture to the country and all this accumulated into the Maldivian culture over the course of time.

Snorkelers will be able to obtain a glimpse of the vibrantly coloured coral formations to be found in the tropical seas, and the multitude of denizens of the deep to be found amongst them.
The crystal clear sea water increases the visibility of the seas in Maldives and diving becomes even more mesmerizing. Apart from deep blue sea waters, Maldives is known all across the world for its unique species of aquatic animals. The beautiful underwater world can be explored by diving into the sea.
If you desire a more leisurely experience, you may opt for an excursion in a glass-bottomed boat, which will enable you to experience underwater life while remaining dry, or venture farther into the seas for a dolphin cruise.
Apart from stunning islands, there are many other attractions which enhance the beauty of this island country such as tropical green forests, mesmerizing waterfalls and rich floras and faunas. Well if you recently got married and looking for honeymoon destination then there will not be any better option than the Maldives.
The Maldives is also known for it vibrant nightlife. Most of the island hotels have interesting nightclubs and bars that are best for tourists. You can also visit a local Maldivian bar for a more ethnic experience.
