Accept Uncertainty

Unemployment occurs when a person is available to work but is without work. The unemployment figures are growing worldwide, in US it is 8.1% ( Feb 09) Vs 4.8% ( Feb 08) and many articles describe this phenomena as the biggest threat to the world, bigger then war. Yesterday I spoke to friend that was on his way for job interview searching for inspiration to be on his best. I suggested to him that by being passionate about the work he is going to do, he will have better chances to get the job. Be agile, Accept uncertainty and Enjoy life are the kings of inspiration that will help anyone get the right job even today. The world is changing and it is a time of uncertainty. Every day I receive an email or a call from people asking if I can help them find a job. To every person that wants to find a job, I usually advise to be proactive, write and talk every day to people they know and ask them to assist you, be creative and search for many different approaches to find a job (other than looking at the internet and newspapers) and don’t forget to use the time of unemployment to invest in your growth, read books, write about your dreams work and spend more quality time with their families.
