Did you know that you have an advantage when it comes to weight loss?

This advantage puts you ahead of the game, yet so few people understand how to use it.

That’s because most of us approach weight loss the wrong way.

We think we must go out and get something to achieve weight loss, when in reality, the tools we need to succeed are already available and at our fingertips.

Sure...

Weight loss requires your time and attention, but it doesn’t require special supplements, expensive workout equipment or hours of soul seeking.

The only thing you need to achieve the weight loss that has been eluding you is a way to put what you already have together in a weight loss plan that works.

Using What You’ve Got to Win at Weight Weight Loss

There are three things you need working for you to be successful with weight loss.

These things are already a part of your life (whether you know it or not).

Of the three things you need to achieve weight loss, food is the most important.

You can exercise for an hour a day, but if your diet is poor, you won’t lose weight. Likewise, you can pump yourself up with positive affirmations, but if those positive thoughts don’t result in action, you won’t get results.

If you have access to a grocery store, you have access to a healthy weight loss diet.

Here’s the thing...

To achieve and maintain weight loss, you want to keep food simple.

You don’t want to reach your weight loss goal, only to have your weight rebound, so you need to design your plan around simple foods that you can pick up at the grocery store.

Having pre-measured meals delivered to your door or drinking protein powder shakes may give you a sense of control, but is that how you’ll eat for the rest of your life? Can you keep paying for these services and product for the rest of your life?

Finding healthy low-calorie meals that your family enjoys requires a lot of searching and trial-and-error, but is well worth it in the long run.

While food is important, exercise and motivation must also be part of your plan if you want to achieve weight loss that lasts.

Here again, exercise and motivation don’t require anything more than what you already have.

Do you have a decent pair of walking shoes? Then you have access to exercise. If you can’t walk, then pick up a couple of water bottles and start doing some arm exercise.
In other words, think outside the box when it comes to moving more.

Adding motivation to the mix is like adding fuel to a fire. It gives you the reason to keep moving toward your weight loss goal.

Motivation is the most misunderstood of the three tools. We think that motivation is something we must go out and find, yet motivation is already inside of you, you just need to find it.

Where do you find it? Well, if you’re like most people it’s buried under piles of self-sabotaging beliefs. When you shine a light on old beliefs

"I’ll never lose this weight"
"I was just not built for exercise"
"I’m too old to lose weight"

...you clear the path to weight loss.

Bottom Line on Achieving Weight Loss

To achieve weight loss, you must use the tools you already have. You have access to the right foods, the right exercise, and the right motivation; you just need to tap into these asset.

Finding healthy recipes that your family loves, removing barriers to exercise, and building your motivation can be hard on your own.

If you want family-friendly recipes at your fingertips, a fresh perspective on exercise, and a method to build your motivation, then follow a coaching program where the hard work has been done for you.
