Many people have asked me if it's possible to become acne free is just 3 days. They find the product called "Acne Free in 3 Days," and with high hopes that their acne freedom is in sight, they quickly purchase the product due to its bountiful "testimonials" and "reviews". As they read the e-book, they learn that the method of this book is to undergo a detoxification diet, eating only apples and drinking plenty of water for three days. During these three days, you'll be "pooping" out all the toxins in the body, and after this process is over, you'll be acne free!

Based on my description above, does this procedure truly live up to the exaggerated claims this product offers? You can try the detoxification diet this product offers, but I can almost guarantee you even though your acne will slightly diminish, once you return to your normal diet, your acne will come right back. Yes, all of the acne, and more. Sudden changes in diet has been known to cause acne breakouts, and this acne treatment is no different. Detoxification diets are widely debated by scientists as to the benefits of performing one. Most scientists have concluded there is little to no benefits involved. Acne freedom cannot be achieved by starving yourself for three days.

Acne products like these are just the beginning; there are plenty of acne companies making outrageous claims as to what their acne treatment can do. The only best thing you can do is to know your skin and know exactly what your skin needs. You should be purchasing acne treatments based on what will help your own skin, not based on what worked for other people. Everyone's skin type is different, and understanding your own skin really is the best solution to solving your acne problems.

Beware of acne treatments that sound too good to be true, because they probably are. To date, there is no such thing as a miracle acne treatment. Also, beware of acne treatments that initially treat acne. This is not an acne treatment! Acne treatments that make acne initially disappear, but the acne comes back days to months later are junk. Be sure to purchase an acne treatment that works long-term, yielding long-term results.
