Acne Natural Cure - Herbal and Permanent Way to Treat Pimples
Written by Ryan Mutt
Acne is a cumbersome skin problem for many. A group of skin problems are collectively named as 'acne'. White heads, blackheads, papules, pimples and cysts all come under one common nomenclature, that is, acne.
Causes of Pimples
1. Hormonal imbalance during puberty and pregnancy increases the chance of pimples. The raging hormones during those times lead to excessive sebum production.
2. Heredity may lead to pimple occurrence.
3. Birth control pills and other medications may also cause pimples.
4. Excessive make-up or application of chemical on face may rob the face of its natural moisture. This may lead to over-secretion of sebum to compensate the loss. This again leads to pimple formation. One thus has to use hypo-allergic or non-greasy cosmetics.
5. Over washing of face may also stimulate oil glands and lead to pimple formation.
6. When our liver gets overloaded with toxins due to faulty metabolism, the toxins often escape through skin, leading to pimples.

6. Healthy, balanced diet rich in chromium, zinc and beta-carotene can heal pimples and check their reappearance.
7. Drinking lots of water will flush out toxins and keep the system clean
