Eating the right foods combined with the proper exercises will produce remarkable results for anyone trying to increase their height. There are many people who have increase their height by 2 to 3 inches just by doing the proper stretching and eating the proper foods on a consistent basis.
Exercises such as swimming, riding bikes, jogging, and doing yoga are effective ways to get taller naturally. Doing certain yoga stretches will extend the spine and cause your posture to be improved, which will result in extra height.
One good stretching exercise to stretch your spine is hanging on a bar. This exercise is simple but very effective. It causes your spine to be stretched as far as possible and at the same time it fights the natural effects of gravity. This exercise should be done just a few minutes each day.

Another important food to have in your diet is proteins. The human body utilizes protein for nearly every process that takes place in the system. In order for you to benefit from proteins, it should be kept in mind that the main two that are required for growth is a complete protein and an incomplete protein.
The complete protein contains necessary amino acids to rebuild tissues in the body. By eating foods like eggs, meat, fish, and cheese, you will get your complete protein. By eating foods like nuts, beans, and seeds this is how you get your incomplete protein.
To grow taller you must combine the right exercise with the proper diet and by being consistent you will see amazing results! These are just a few ways of growing taller, but there is still much much more!
