An affirmation is a short statement that positively states a purpose or condition for a desirable outlook and outcome. Affirmations are unlimited as each individual is an unlimited being. They are used on a conscious level and act as a recording over our subconscious or limited beliefs. Positive affirmations are a very powerful means of reprogramming self defeating thoughts and the subconscious mind.

If you are having trouble with weight loss, don’t be disgruntled try saying a few of these everyday to get you on the weight loss path.
