“It takes far greater power to sustain illusion and density than it does to be in purity, which is the natural state of being to which every part of your body resonates.” ~Anita Briggs

In today’s post, I want to share with you a new perspective around aging and decay. As a society, we hold ourselves inside a “bubble” of beliefs and perceptions that hold us back from the emergence of our true potential. The more I soak into these insights, which have been revealed to me by my spiritual teacher Anita Briggs, the more I let myself embody that which I am meant to be, and I hope this happens to you as well.

All aging and decay is the result of not being nourished by the infinite Source of being, which resides within yourself only. Aging comes when you resist life and believe that the sources of power and answers are outside of you.

When you know that all is within, you will be able to look inside of you in relation to what happens in your outer life. You will then realize that when you are challenged, all you have to do is to dig deeply within yourself to find all the capacities you need at that moment. When this happens, you will be tapping to the bottomless well of Source, which is also the Fountain of Life that leads the way to perpetual self-regeneration.

When you are not being nourished by the Infinite, you may find yourself feeling low in vitality, as your energy is leaking and blocked from the subtle nutritional pathways of higher frequency and light. As this happens, we tend to look outside ourselves for the “pill, superfood, green juice, vitamin, relationship, money” to fill out that energy that we can only find within.

When you are caught in illusion, in external attachments or beliefs that place a dark shadow upon you true self, you will be creating stagnation and leaking resources into a false reality that is under the forces of aging and decay.
The moment that you resist change, life starts knocking on you harder and harder until you change course. This has happened to me many times, but it is until now that I can see that all hardships are played out to perfection until we decide to hear the promptings of our very own heart and let ourselves shine.

Life is change, expansion and movement. Stagnation causes degeneration because the more 'static' something is, the more death force it holds. When you no longer hold on to the identities, roles, belief structures, assumptions, old wounds, past stories and past glories (most of then unconsciously imposed by past and present generations), you can then allow your consciousness to expand and shift profoundly from moment to moment. And as you let yourself to be made anew in each moment, you then enter into perpetual self-regeneration.

Although it may seem impossible, you actually have to work harder to be under the forces of aging and mortality, and the reason you do this is out of habit, programs, and inertia. When you are entrenched in illusion and inertia, it takes initial effort and courage to shift the course and to move to a new direction. But your willingness is all it takes, as you are and will be immensely supported in each step of the way.

This is a process, and the time and power it takes depends on how deeply we are immersed in illusion and how many layers of density we are buried under. But the illusion of density is no longer possible, as the collective grid of the old reality is no longer here. Now the reality emerges entirely from the power of our Hearts.

Every change and dissolution of the old may create fear and uncertainly, but we don’t do things to feel good, we do them to find freedom, which will lead us to feel good anyways! As you surrender and trust in the perfection that resides within and without yourself all the time, you will find more ease and clarity, until there will come a day in which you are fully expressing and living from the magnificence of your being.

In clarity and eagerness,
