Veterinary drug residue, which might be: β-lactams, benzylpenicillin, o-chloropenicillin, ampicillin, oxytetracycline, chlortetracycline, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, sulfonamides, dichloropenicillin, nitroimidazole and its metabolites, quinolones and fluoroquinolones, ciprofloxacin, streptomycin, dihydrostreptomycin, gentamicin, kanamycin, neomycin, etc.

Illegal addition, such as melamine, dicyandiamide, etc.

Environmental pollutant, such as urethane, β-lactamase, etc.
