Besides beaches and forts, the destination is also visited by travelers for its temples including Kanakeshwar Devasthan Temple, which is located on the hill, the temple is devoted to Lord Shiva. A 54 feet high statue of Lord Shiva can be viewed after climbing 5,000 stairs. Moreover, there is a Pushkarna Kund near this temple, which is crowded by tourists.
