obtained from the second study showed that on an average a drop of 10mHg and 7mHg in the systolic and diastolic pressure respectively in the test group was observed as compared to the placebo. Hence, both the clinical studies showed that garlic posses the capability to annul the hypertension hassle as well as alleviate the risk of its related health issues.
