It is important to take care of your body so that you do not "hurt" every time you take a step or get up from a sitting position. · Relax - Try this mediation method to help you relax and glow to help decrease the signs of aging. Find a quiet place to sit for at least 20 minutes. Light some candles or play soft music. Close your eyes. Think of a special loving memory of a friend, family member, or pet. Inhale through your nose deeply for four counts. Exhale through your mouth for eight counts.
