COSTS
The citizenship program of Antigua & Barbuda requires making an economic contribution to the country or an investment into a Government Approved Real Estate project.

OPTION 1 - CONTRIBUTION TO NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND (NDF)
A non- refundable financial contribution to the National Development Fund (NDF) of minimum USD 125,000 for a family of is 4 required to qualify for citizenship under this option. In addition, due Diligence fees will also apply to the total cost.

OPTION 2 - REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT IN ANTIGUA & BARBUDA
Property investment in Antigua’s Government Approved project for a minimum of USD 400,000 plus government processing fees.
