A legendary realtor once gave some advice to a younger man. “Real estate investing even on a very small scale, remains a tried and true means of building an individual’s cash flow and wealth.” I was thinking about this, above all the financial investments I made, as I gazed across the city of Bangalore where I work and now, want to make a permanent home to spend the rest of my days in this Silicon Valley of India. For me, apartments in Sarjapur Road have got special attention. Since I work in an IT company in Electronic City, the eastern side of Bangalore, the locality of Sarjapur Road, which is in proximity to on and off-the Outer Ring Road, is my road to the city life. I would love to live in an open and bright apartment in Sarjapur Road. This is a very different area today than when I first came here 15 years ago. And the neighborhood to Sarjapur Road, in particular, is way too different. It’s so modern now. It was a slum area, an abandoned, scary location, and look at it now. I wish we had bought one of these lands in Sarjapur Road and could live amidst the finest IT infrastructure in the city. Sarjapur Road in Bangalore ranks among the top 10 destinations to invest in real estate today. The ready-to-move 2BHk and 3 BHK apartments in Sarjapur Road are now poised to play a bigger role in Bangalore’s real estate. It is considered one of the most established micro markets offering stunning, breakthrough homes with affordable elegance and established neighborhood. Investment Mantra To me, one of the superb benefits that I really can’t miss out is the closeness to my workplace. Nothing could be more relaxing than a house that’s only 2-3 km (or a maximum of 5 km) from your office, especially in a jam-packed city like Bangalore. On a larger scale, the three key aspects that drive investment sentiments in Bangalore and other attractive property markets in India are: • Transit infrastructure that results in better connectivity to major workplace hubs • Improving social infrastructure and civic amenities • Affordability Fortunately, residential apartments in Sarjapur Road score high on the scale, concerning to all these factors. Consequently, it raises my desirability quotient and attractiveness to property investments in this region. rnLately, I have explored and concluded that whether you are looking for capital appreciation or potential rental income, apartments in Sarjapur Road will cater to all your investment needs. There are obviously a number of other destinations across Bangalore’s vast geography that are drawing the interests of investors today, but Sarjapur Road has proved to be a major highlight due to its affordability and proximity to preeminent IT organizations. Many high-profile, nationally acclaimed builders are eyeing on this eastern territory of the city for building aesthetically pleasing rowhouses, one-of-a-kind villas and move-in-ready apartments. One of the recent project announcements is by Mumbai-based Godrej Properties Limited that will be co-developing residential apartments in Sarjapur Road Bangalore, in association with Manyata, a local developer

Sometimes, it’s not what you see, but what you feel. Ever notice how some buildings just feel solid? No creeping unease. No instinct telling you to check for the nearest exit. Just a quiet, unshakable sense that you’re in a place built to protect. That feeling isn’t random. It’s the result of smart choices—ones made long before anyone steps inside. The materials, the design, the way everything is built to handle the unexpected, even factors like fire ratings that determine
