Most common way to remove warts is by salicylic acid. It is contained in most products that are available in the market for this purpose. The product turns the affected area white by forming a white precipitate on the skin. Tea tree oil is a natural anti bacterial that helps to remove bacteria from the skin, hence makes it wart free.
Apart from the home remedies there are many treatments available with the doctors. One of the examples of such a treatment is Cryotherapy. In this procedure, liquid nitrogen is used an ingredient to burn off the wart permanently from the skin. This procedure takes about a few minutes; approximately five to fifteen minutes. This procedure should be strictly supervised by a doctor. Two to three weeks are required to gain recovery from this procedure Face warts and eye lid warts are ideally removed by this process. To remove warts quickly hydrogen peroxide is also used to make the wart dry. A caustic pencil containing silver nitrate can also be used as a fast cure to remove the warts.
Costly Surgical methods are present to eliminate warts. Laser treatments are also helpful as pulse dye and carbon dioxide are used for treatment. To achieve desired results duct tapes and infra red coagulators can also be used. There are multiple techniques on how to remove warts but each has its own importance. Although there are adverse outcomes of the treatment like pain, irritation and blistering; it has a lots of advantages.
