March was, to say the least, turbulent and challenging for us, how about you? The key point of passage was set by the super moon on the equinox. Bringing in a time requiring release of the past to allow new beginnings to occur.

For this reason choices made, or not made, during March could have long term implications in each of our lives.

The effect of an equinox can last for six months or more.

March also saw more intensified solar activity, with the first X-class solar flare of 2015 erupting on 11th March - the same day, as noted in our February issue, as Mars came into conjunction with Uranus and squared Pluto! This X2 flare was so powerful it caused radio blackouts in many parts of the globe.

Additionally, a big burst of solar gas and magnetic field also reached our planet after two solar explosions on 15th March combined into one. The effect of this was some beautiful aurora lights seen in several locations, including parts of Australia, Northern Europe, New Zealand and North America, two days later. During March there were also several very powerful solar storms that bathed the Earth in highly charged particles from the Sun.

If you experienced any wireless connection issues during March these may have had an influence! We also heard several people had suffered computer problems during this period - some even needed to buy new ones!

All part of the passage from the old to the latest current phase.

So why is all this solar and other planetary activity important? Quite simply, we are on the cusp of a new phase. With each phase comes more debris to be gently released, and March was certainly a month for that! A month for clearing away to create space for the new to arrive from April onwards!

Many thought we had completed addressing issues. However, March showed the return of some we thought were completed, some new ones and others in which we faced some deeper issues; issues based on our own beliefs.

These are often the most difficult ones we at Creating Harmony help clients to address. For they reach to the very core of our being, who we are, or at least thought we are! Whether these beliefs are helpful or not depends on our perception of them.

Our approach at Creating Harmony is to always suggest observe first and if there are some uncomfortable emotions, go deeper and seek to locate the old energetic belief. Whatever is discovered, know that it is there to provide an experience and so lift you higher.

Release what there is to release and enjoy what there is to enjoy without expectation or seeking to project your own judgments onto anyone else. How you see anyone else is more about how you see yourself. That is true whether the relationship is romantic, family, work, friendships, business, neighbours, and most importantly yourself!

Remember to always be the person you are now; not the person you were.

2015 is all about being seen for who each of us really is? The equinox was a key step in achieving this. Excavating to remove the belief systems, personality traits and protective mechanisms of the unconscious mind.

If not aware this process was underway, March may have found each of us feeling lost, confused, and at a point of experiencing some sort of emotional, mental, or physical breakdown.
Remember, a breakdown is just another term for “dismantling of the limiting patterns that no longer serve our highest and greatest good.” It is pushing us to move beyond the comfort zone of these limiting patterns.

So rather than being caught up in the emotional experience of the “breakdown” view it as a time to reassess our lives, allowing a new reality to be created. Which is what the energies of April onwards are encouraging each of us to create.

After the equinox, everything began to seem much calmer, almost as though we were now gathering strength, ready to launch into April´s dance.

To quote from White Eagle in The Way of the Sun: “To see with eyes freed from confusion…whatever problem you now face, face it in the Light of Christ Consciousness and do not allow thoughts of fear or misunderstanding to cramp and blind you…”

April will be a much lighter month, with more joyful energy, where these new possibilities can flourish. To enable this, the energetic, verbal, sensual, and even written contracts, oaths, and vows we have consciously and unconsciously made have to be released.

Some of the contracts´ clients have taken action to address are:
* Releasing a marriage or romantic partner
* Letting go of a current job, project or business venture
* Relocating
* Releasing other relationships such as friends and business partners
* Letting go of the sadness, guilt, grief and feeling of loss associated with past events, people and places
* Letting go of habits and patterns such as addictions, including food and sex
* No longer avoiding responsibility for committing to create our own dream
* Letting go of seeking to please others in order to attract love into our life.

All of these and many more indicate we have come to a point in our lives where the contracts, vows, obligations and understandings we have had with others, places, experiences and most of all, ourselves are complete.

Rather than follow previous patterns, or running away or avoiding something that felt uncomfortable or scary, April is the moment to accept the challenge, to take the dance floor. As lessons have been learned, the experience is no longer required. Instead go seeking new experiences, the reason we are all here!

You will know completion has taken place when only compassionate love still remains. If there is anything less than compassion, completion has yet to be fully been achieved.

Remember the unconscious mind does not like change, it has been conditioned to view change as something that will reduce the identity it has created for itself.

Do you know someone who seems able to readily embrace change? If so take a moment to reflect on how they achieve this, what is their mind set, how do they view their world? Consider is it perhaps because they view it more from their heart than their mind?

Recently we had the opportunity to watch The Power of the Heart. This was produced by the same team as The Secret and described as a prequel to it. The film uses the research from The Institute of Heartmath, referred to in The Seven Secrets to Living in Harmony – “what do I feel in my heart?” (You can purchase your copy from anywhere in the world by visiting Amazon)
The Power of the Heart is recommended viewing. Its storyline is how the heart can bring a different dimension of peace and contentment into our lives.

March´s new moon on the equinox brought in a time encouraging each of us to lead authentic lives, living to our full potential. This impetus building in strength and intensity until the full moon on 4th April.

This full moon encourages each of us to acknowledge the world around us is but a reflection of ourselves.

Highlighting that underneath the physical facade, we are all the same… it is our responsibility to co-create the world we desire. We now have the freedom to do so. We just need to be free of the energies that have been holding our consciousness in their paradigms.

The full moon is also accompanied by a lunar eclipse. Providing an opportunity to release deep-seated wounds, move beyond old fears and to transcend negative patterns or traits within the shadow self. It is a time to `eclipse´ that which may still be limiting you, rather allowing for re-birth, resurrection – fitting exactly with the Christian celebration of Easter.

Starting on 4th April at 11.58 GMT and less than five minutes in length, this will be the shortest lunar eclipse of this century. It will provide a moment to be open to all that is available to you, anchoring them within. Taking ownership of creating your own dream, rather than passing responsibility to others so following their dream.

As the energy decreases up to the new moon on 18th April, this is a great time to continue releasing any areas of your life which no longer serve you. The April new moon is about having the courage to be who you are, shining this out for all to see, no longer being bound by the definitions of others and past conditioning.

The period up to the next full moon on 3rd May is a time to set intentions, create the goals for your vision and begin new projects. Make those commitments to live your own life, not live the life or the wishes and dreams of another… be it loved ones, family, your community or the world at large.

A time to allow the difference you are here to make to begin its cycle of creation, led from your heart. This may be something you have thought about or wanted for a long time. It may also be something you have only felt rather than explored – something so new or radical that when you say yes to it, everything in your life experience changes!

The watery energy of the new moon, together with the eclipse favour and support the launch of anything involving work that is imaginatively and purposefully partnered with social cause. Or, using our intuitive sensibilities.

22nd April is the 45th anniversary of Earth Day, a moment when over a billion people in more than 190 countries come together. The global organiser of Earth Day is Earth Day Network. Create all that you desire
April 2015 is a number 3 in terms of numerology. The number 3 is all about creativity, harnessing our creative gifts. Three representing the three aspects of being, the trinity.
A universal `3´ month is a conscious reminder to be aware of the three aspects of our being and align our thoughts with the physical through our heart. To simply believe and create the world we desire from a place of love. A `3´ month is also one to simply be and express our magnificent self to all, to have FUN and experience joy and harmony in each and every moment!

So keep your heart open for change. Even when it may seem hard to leave old patterns, structures, habits and patterns behind. The universe is only about change, for this creates expansion. This constant evolution is what makes things so exciting, it is the ongoing force of creation that makes things happen!

Until May, a time to sing out for all to hear...
