It is said, “If you want to be happy, you need to be successful.” It is also said, “When you love someone, you feel happy when you see the person you love is happy.” Come, let’s verify these statements…

In today’s world, money is considered to be the biggest parameter of success. Almost everyone is found preoccupied with money all the time. Let us assume you have made good money in business. Today, you are living a lavish life in a very big house, having lovely cars, with servants at your beck and call, etc. People say you are a highly successful businessman. It means you are a happy man too!

However, your face seems to be suggesting otherwise. What is it? When asked, you reveal the cause of your worry. Seeing your success, one of your close friends, whom you loved very dearly, got highly inspired and entered into the same business line as yours. Today, in just a year’s time, he has established his business and has become very successful. Since he is a new entrant, as compared to you he is far behind you, moneywise. However, he has won the best entrepreneur award of the year, like you did 5 years ago. Prestigious magazines are busy covering his success story and his photographs are being published all over the place. The friend you dearly loved is a famous and a very happy man today!

You are a successful businessman ranking much higher than your friend. You are living a far more lavish life and have achieved everything that your friend is now achieving. Yet, you are not experiencing happiness within. You genuinely want to be happy for your beloved friend, but you are unable to. Why?

Owing to ignorance of Self, our worldly nature (prakruti) gets charged with anger, pride, deceit, greed, attachment, hatred, and ego. Since it has got charged, it will come for discharge. Charge is the cause and during discharge, it gives effect. For instance, anger was charged (previously), and therefore our nature that is being discharged will show anger (today).

Path of solution to resolve the ‘Why?’
First charging of new prakruti should get stopped. Once charging has stopped, the causes part totally becomes zero (i.e. no new anger, pride, deceit, greed, jealousy, attachment, hatred arise). Slowly, slowly, even the physical, discharging prakruti will show zero percent of anger, pride, deceit and greed. Then only pure love remains. There is no reaction for insult or pride, there is no attachment for worldly gains seen thereafter.
Param Pujya Dadashri says, “There is nothing else in love; nothing like anger-pride-deceit-greed are to be found in love. Only such love is pure love. If anger-pride-deceit-greed are present, till then, it is not the real love.”

We have to recognize success from the perspective of love.
The worldly success does not remain forever. It has its own ups and downs. Due to our merit karma, our efforts bring success and when the merit karma is expended, our efforts will bring in losses. The consequences of karma of past life have to be suffered by everyone, whether we like it or we don’t. The ultimate truth is that no one has been successful in this ‘race course’. One simply dies of exhaustion from running in this rat race of competition and comparison.

Moreover, until anger, pride, deceit, greed, expectations, attachment, possessiveness, jealousy, etc. are residing within us, we feel bound, we experience suffocation and we go through enormous pain and suffering. And those who are unhappy can give only unhappiness to others. Success, happiness and love – all go for a toss then!

Pujya Deepakbhai said, “Owing to ignorance of Self, anger, pride, deceit, geed get charged.”
Ignorance of Self means not knowing really, ‘Who am I?’
Through Akram Vignan, within just two hours, we can attain the experiential knowledge of the Self (Self-Realization) with the grace of Gnani Purush, the Enlightened One!!!

Pujya Deepakbhai is the Living Gnani, from whom thousands of people have attained Self-Realization, and charging of new causes has consequently stopped for them, altogether.
After Self- Realization, you gradually begin to become free from anger, pride, deceit, greed, attachment, hatred ego, etc. and start experiencing pure love and happiness. This is the real success that does not go through ups and downs. Its graph rises only upwards, and when it peaks, you become the embodiment of Pure Love and attain the state of permanent happiness!!!

To conclude,
Where there is love, happiness prevails. And only if there is happiness, it is called success!
The three go hand-in-hand. And they are meaningful only when all the three exist together and forever. You cannot call it love or happiness or success, if they just vanish with the changing circumstances.

Where there is pure love, no faults are seen of the other person. Moreover, there is natural and spontaneous forgiveness in pure love. As much anger-pride-deceit-greed leave that much of ‘Pure Love’ arises. When Living Gnani graces us with Self-Realization, new anger-pride-deceit-greed stop getting generated. And following the words of Gnani thereafter, the old anger-pride-deceit-greed begin to diminish. This is the real parameter to measure success, happiness and love.
