Are you in a TOXIC Relationship? Are you questioning if you should stay or go? Empowerment Coaching can help.
Breaking away from a toxic relationship is very difficult. You may be suffering from emotional abuse, or you may be addicted to an unhealthy love relationship dynamic.
Supportive coaching for a limited time may be invaluable to you.

Toxic relationships can be confusing. You will often feel that you are living on a roller-coaster, walking on eggshells. You may often feel misunderstood, controlled, invisible or devalued. Your partner may exhibit Jekyll and Hyde behavior, offering intermittent reinforcement which keeps you attached, waiting for the “happy” moments to return.

You cannot change the toxic partner, but you can change yourself. Being in an unhealthy relationship dynamic can have an enormous impact on all areas of your life.

By building up your sense of self and incorporating important emotional tools, you will have the courage to make a sound decision and take your power back. It may mean setting strict boundaries that may help improve the situation or finding the courage tornend the relationship.
