Are You Radiating Energy Freely??
Written by Lynn K. Prilliman
Your thoughts, feelings, and actions are energy events-to nknow who you are and why you think, feel, and act the way you ndo, you must know your self energetically. Each of the seven nchakras of the human body processes and distributes energy.nThe chakras transform the energy into different sensations namely thought, emotion, and physical sensation. Probelms - spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical- are caused by theninability to radiate energy freely due to blockages in our energy system. The state of each chakra reflects the state of health pertaining to these areas in our lives. An optimal exchange of energy throughout the chakra manifests in health and pleasure. A distorted or blocked flow of energy may manifest in dis-ease and pain. Whether the pain is associated nwith our physical body, our emotions, or our connection to nsource, it is there to get our attention so that we can bring nour awareness to this area. Where there is pain, there is nimbalance. By working with the issues pertaining to whichevernchakras we are having trouble with, we can begin to challengenany limiting beliefs and the non beneficial habitual thoughts and actions that stem from these beliefs. As we clear, strengthen, and balance our chakras, more life energy is able to nflow through them. The more energy we allow to flow, the more we are able to be present, creating health and pleasure in all areas of our lives. Sometimes during our busy day we become like an energetic sponges taking on other peoples energies. If you are feeling out of sorts, depressed, or tired is usually a sign you have taken on other peoples energies. During a healing, I release these energies, including energies that block growth and flow. This healing gets you back in touch with yourself again, have more zest, and vitality for life. I also sell life changing products that help keep you energy radiating freely. Change Your Energy and Change Your Experience of Life!nnnArticle author
