Fourth, you must have customs clearance authorization.
Fifth, you should open issuing bank and receiving bank so you can receive the foreign customers’ payment in the bank.
Sixth, you should have resources of international transportation logistic companies.
Seventh, the Business foreign exchange receipts and expenditures need to be declared to Foreign Exchange Administrations and then you can process payment, which complies with the principle, “declare first, then payment”.
Ninth, you should make a statement of dutiable goods to tax bureau.
