Undergraduate Medical Course:
The UG Medical Course offered at the top medical college, Armed Forces Medical College Pune is a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) with 4 ½ years duration followed by compulsory rotating internship training of one year. The total intake capacity for the MBBS course is 150.

Postgraduate Medical Course:
The PG Medical Courses offered at the government medical college, Armed Forces Medical College Pune are Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS) and Postgraduate Diploma (PG Diploma). The duration of MD/MS courses is 3 years and the PG Diploma course is 2 years. The total intake capacity for MD/MS courses is 170 and the PG Diploma course is 23.

Undergraduate Medical Admission Process
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate seeking MBBS admission in Armed Forces Medical College Pune must have
• Completed 17 years of age as on 31 December of the year of MBBS admission
• Must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology at the qualifying entrance exam. In respect of the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC (NCL), the minimum marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together in qualifying examination shall be 40% marks for Unreserved and General-EWS Candidates. In respect of PwD candidates, the minimum marks in the qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany & Zoology)/Biotechnology taken together shall be 45% instead.

MBBS Entrance Exam
NEET UG is a common MBBS entrance exam conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to the MBBS course in medical colleges in India. To secure MBBS seat in Armed Forces Medical College Pune, the candidate has to qualify in NEET exam with the following percentile:
