JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assemble Victaulic pipe preparation tools in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions and Quality Maintenance Actions Sheets (QMAS) providedr
Test each tool to ensure the highest quality tool is manufacturedr
Pack finished tested assemblies, applying appropriate labeling and packaging materialsr
Use a selection of proper componentsr
Maintain inventory of components making use of the kanban card system to ensure inventory accuracyr
Assist with inventory and cycle countsr
Package assembled tool and mark/label as requiredr
Support and utilize lea
MFG principles and company FEM initiativesr
Utilize company safety policies and company procedures

EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENT:

Mechanical knowledge and dexterity requiredr
Good verbal and written communication skillsr
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsr
Able to safely operate hand and power toolsr
Working knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systemsr
Able to use inspection instruments including calipers, verniers and pi tapesr
Able to work with minimal supervisionr
Proficient computer skills for assembly data entryr
High school diploma with a college-related background or equivalent technical training preferred
