Dr. Davia H. Shepherd is a Holistic Physician and Optimal Life Coach. She has had a varied career from working in the allopathic health care model to working in holistic health. She is the founder and CEO of Power-Transformations, a breakthrough platform that dares to look at health and wellness completely differently from the traditional approach. Dr. Davia believes that having the health, wellness, vitality, energy levels, mental sharpness and even silhouette is possible, not just now but well into our 90's. Her focus on prevention, repair and a mind/body approach is what she credits for the outstanding individualized results that her clients achieve.
