Intuition is a fascinating thing. As all of our intuitive abilities are either beginning or continuing to develop, more and more of us are seeing the future. Events in our minds are revealing themselves before they actually happen in the real world. This phenomenon is emerging due to the fact that the walls our physical beings have built up separating us from our Divine Truths for several millennia are coming down. This is enabling us to remember our spiritual contracts written before our incarnations on Earth this time around. When we see a future event, we are actually just remembering what we wanted; the good, the bad and the ugly, all here to teach us lessons.
That being said, because of freewill, we are able to change future events. To quote the fictional character, Yoda (of Star Wars fame), “The future, uncertain it is.” While future events you see in your mind may be probable, nothing is written in stone. Spiritual contracts can be broken and indeed are disregarded all the time.
I will give an example of what I mean. I once had a lunch date with my best friend. I arrived on time. As I pulled out my book to read while I waited, my phone rang. My friend advised me he was going to be very late. I asked if I had time to run across the street to get a manicure and pedicure. He said I did. So, after hanging up the phone, I left.
An hour later I returned to see my friend sitting at a different table. We chatted about this and that, when suddenly he blurted out, “I am having a déjà vu. Everything is the same, except we were sitting over there.” He pointed to the table I originally sat at. Déjà vus are simply memories of our contracts. In this case, I had freewill and changed things. Had I stayed and read my book after he called me, we would have been sitting at the table he was “remembering.” I didn’t want to wait for an hour by myself, so I exercised my right to change the future. We are constantly making changes all the time.
Sometimes we misinterpret future events, as well. One evening during President Clinton’s first term, I absolutely knew he would be assassinated during his second term. Obviously (and thankfully) that did not happen. What did happen, however, is that the press nearly “assassinated” him with the Monica Lewinsky ordeal. The press, the government and the people nearly finished a man’s career, because of his personal life. Fortunately, we forgave him and moved on.
Now, I am not saying to disregard your sixth sense. On the contrary, the more we practice using our extra sensory perception, the more accurate it becomes; thereby, the more we are able to be guided by it. I simply mean to say that we need to pay attention. If you think your ex-partner is returning to your life on a particular date, be wary of this. It may be so, it may not be so. Both people have the right to exercise their freewill and change things up a bit. The reality is maybe things are better without that person anyway. It could just be that the Universe is saying to you that on such and such a date, you have an opportunity for a particular event to happen. You can then decide if it is really what you want or not.
According to quantum physics, every option for a particular event does occur in alternative dimensions. If we turn right, we break our leg, if we turn left we meet the love of our life, if we go straight, we get the job we always wanted, if we turn around and go home, we sit around watching tv. All options exist somewhere in some other place. But the important thing for us is the option we take here and now.
We are constantly “creating” our realities as we see it. Our futures are in flux. We may have had a plan to begin with and the more foresight and déjà vus we have the more on track we know we are with that plan, but if we are not having a lot of foresight and déjà vu-ing happening, it’s ok too. It just means we have changed our minds. It’s all good.
