Be cautious when doing foreign trade on B2B websites
Written by James dong
Online business could make our work and life more convenient and easier. But we are facing more challenges since there are more cheating cases appeared on the online market.
International buyers may complained a lot about the products they received are not the same as they have seen on the websites or they may complained payment issues.
On international buyer reported his case to IBUonline several times, saying he has deposit 30% of the payment to a trade company located in Shenzhen. The buyer can not find out the supplier any more after the payment.
The buyer was very angry about the issue and asked several times that all the B2B business websites need to be united and fight against such cheating issues.
IBUonline can not involve the case too much because the buyer contacted the trade company through another B2B e-business websites. They buyer said the bad credit company information and product information need to be put off all the shelves on the online B2B market.
In fact B2B e-business websites are not unified and there is no way to regulate the online B2B market at present. All the laws and regulations are still under way to complete.
IBUonline is very conce
ed about fraud cases on B2B platforms. IBUonline launched foreign trade entrustment service so the buyers will not worry about any issues in foreign trade and the commission fees can be paid after the foreign trade business is settled.
