Releasing the idea of trying to be something else, something more, and allowing yourself to become one with all that exists is a true possibility for you. It does have to do with believing enough in yourself, that who you are in this moment is enough without reaching any further. It is believing you are ready to release the idea of trying to be a certain way, of pushing yourself, and realizing that you at this moment are ready for everything. It is the constant quest to attain that gets in the way, of believing more must be done before you are not only ready but before you even allow yourself to begin.

It is not a challenge or something to be sought. It is truly the release that sets you in the moment and allows you to become one with everything. To be one with everything is to set yourself free, to be at ease with who you are, where you are, and to seek nothing more. In this place of simply being there is so much to learn. When you are not pushing, trying, or seeking you are free to be as you are. This is what brings you to the stage of being at one with all that surrounds you, not only from within but throughout. It is not something that is manageable or controllable, for it is the release that brings you here.

The release is simply the letting go of the unessential control and allowing how we see the world and ourselves to fall away. This is being at the stage of oneness. There are no ulterior motives, only release. No confusion, only openness. There is no struggle, for there is nothing to struggle with. It is releasing everything all at once that allows you to be free. Simply put, by holding onto nothing, no ideas, agendas, or thoughts, you are free to exist just as you are. And from this place you can see the truth of reality, but you are also freeing yourself up to be who you really are at that exact moment. We shouldn’t spend our whole lives searching or trying when what we really need is to feel and be at one with everything. What does it feel like? It is like knowing at that exact moment everything, including yourself, is exactly as it should be. That is essentially freeing in itself. It is becoming one with all that is and all that we are meant for. From this place comes the true release of all struggle or strife. It is the beginning of peace and surrender to the greater good that is already within.

Each of us already holds this place, this understanding; there is nothing in the way. We may think so and this is the trying and the seeking that is in the way. To truly exist at one with all that is, including yourself, is to be free of trying to be what you are not. Instead, it is all about letting go, freeing yourself up to be who you truly are, and releasing the idea that you can’t and the idea of control. Because to truly let go is to release everything, to be with everything just as it is with nothing in the way, not even your own idea of consciousness. We can all exist in this state of freedom without struggle or the unending desire to change. But first we must allow ourselves to let go, to believe we can do this, and to know that the results of what comes next is far more beautiful than your strongest desires.
