Human beings and creatures make proteins in their bodies which are known as Antibodies to protect themselves against various diseases. They are the main basics of the stable immune system that defends against infections caused by bacteria, fungi and viruses. The main problem with antibodies is they can be easily broken and have a short life, which makes their uselimited only for testingsolutions. Antibodies form the most basic unit of the human immune system. They are proteins that fight against externaleffecting causes such as bacteria, viruses and fungi. Vaccines cause the production of antibodies against specific diseases in the body. Antisera are prepared by inoculating animals with certain antigens. When this is done, the animal produces antibodies against these antigens. The antibody secretion is collected as antisera. Antibodies and antiserum create the basis of the immunodiagnostics and immunotherapeutic industry. The stability of Antibodies will have a good impression on biosensors, diagnostic reagents, disease researchers, non-laboratory applications that include even environmental remediation. Stable proteins can also be operated in detection and diagnostic kits, as they will be able to live in surroundings that are less favorable. This makes them adept of fighting even terribleillnesses such as cancer. When used in biosensors they can help detect pathogens such as ricin, anthrax and botulinium in public places such as public toilets, stations and railways and in locations where detection of pathogens is unavailable. With so many benefits elaborated with the stabilization of antibodies, this research should be pursued to achieve optimum results. This stabilization process has also given rise to several business prospects and many people are now going ahead with the new techniques to create potential and highly steady antibodies.New applications in several other industries are also possible. In addition to the development of immunotherapeutic and immunodiagnostic industry, stabilized antibodies can give rise to business opportunities in non-medical fields also. The potential of antibodies has not been used completely because of the stability issues associated with it. They are only moderately stable and lose their function if structural changes take place. Thus, protein stabilization is important. However, it has not been possible to develop antibodies very extensively because of their stability issues. Antibodies lose their function if not handled carefully and gently. They are stable only in controlled environments with cold temperature. Due to this it has not been possible to use antibodies for non-medical research. Since antibodies are made of proteins, antibody stabilization basically involves aiming for protein stability. Scientists are researching ways of stabilizing the amino acids that make up the antibodies. They have been able to attain antibodies that are millions times more steady than the normal antibodies. If better results are accomplished it will become possible to use antibodies for other applications as well such as environmental purification and other beneficial works.

Introduction There was a time when the call center was seen as a place where phones rang endlessly and agents simply answered questions. That picture has changed dramatically. Today the modern call center sits at the center of customer experience, quietly coordinating returns, managing fulfillment concerns, and shaping how customers feel about every interaction with a brand. Instead of reacting to problems, teams now guide customers through complex journeys. Their role has gr
