Bacteria is micro organism which have one cell that is to be seen through microscope. Bactroban is one of the medicine among all approved by Food And Drug Administration. Bactroban is a prescription medicine used for the treatment of Bacterial infections. The main ingredient of this medicine is Mupirocin. This medicine is used to treat bacterial skin infection. It inhibits growth and reproduction of bacteria without killing them if used at low concentration. At high concentration, Bactroban inhibits the growth by killing the bacteria. It is available as a cream and an ointment.

Before taking Bactroban medicine should be taken with proper care to avoid any serious side effect. Precaution need to be taken are as follows

2) Bactroban medicine should not be applied to the eyes.
3) This medicine should be cautiously used in patients who are suffering from renal impairment.

5) Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should not use this medicine without doctor recommendation as use of this medicine may harm the health of unbo
baby or nursed child.

You should inform your doctor if you are taking any prescription, non prescription and herbal medicine before taking Bactroban medicine. Bactroban medicine should be taken as prescribed by the doctor. Do not increase or decrease the dose of the medicine on your own as it may lead to serious side effect. This medicine is available in form of cream and an ointment. Before using Bactroban medicine affected area should be washed with soap and dried thoroughly. Small amount of Bactroban cream should be applied on the area so as to cover it and rubbed gently. The medicine should be used for the entire length of the course of therapy. The drug should not be applied to the eyes. Keep all medicines away from the reach of pet and children.
