2. How to Prepare for Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension by Arun Sharma: This book has the latest pattern of the questions that are asked in the examinations and is a must-have for all the students who are preparing for SSC CGL. It focuses on verbal ability and reading comprehension and guides on how to attempt the questions using various tips.
General Awareness
1. Competition Success Review: This is a monthly magazine that gives information on all the major happenings in India and around the world in the past month topic-wise. It also has questions related to different examinations as well as articles on different topics of history or polity. It is very comprehensive and useful for students in their preparation of general awareness.
2. Pratiyogita Darpan: This is similar to CSR mentioned in the previous point so students have a choice between the two. You can try reading both the magazines for a particular month and choose the one that best suits your needs.
