Plantar fasciitis is the foot pain caused by a problem with the inferior surface of the foot known as the plantar fascia. It is mainly seen in adults and 10% of athletes. It causes continuous pain. But now there is an easy solution to minimized the pain which is cheap at the same time, a pair of boots. We have designed work boots for plantar fasciitis. The plantar fascia is the band of tissue that connects the heel and the ball of the foot. It is a long connective tissue that lies directly beneath the skin on the bottom of the foot. This tissue supports the arch of the foot and is inserted from the heel bone to the heads of the metatarsal bones. It is formed by three bands, the medial, central, and lateral band. Plantar fasciitis causes due to the problem of the plantar fascia. It is caused by strain, tearing, or wearing out of the tough band of tissue in feet, the plantar fascia. By wearing high heels, obesity, being runners or dancer, sitting all the time, spending a lot of time on feet on a hard surface, having tight calf muscles, having flat feel, etc. Research has proved that plantar fasciitis is concerned with aging and body weight. Adult people suffer more than young people. About 10% of athletes also suffer from it. The symptoms of it are stabbing pain in the bottom of the foot near the heel especially pain is worst with the first few steps after awakening and after exercise. Ignoring plantar fasciitis may result in chronic heel pain that hinders regular activities. Changing the way you walk as a way to relieve plantar fasciitis pain might lead to foot, knee, hip, or back problems. In the worst cases, surgery is needed. The pain can be reduced by taking small steps, not walking barefoot, avoiding jogging, and losing weight. It can also be reduced by wearing the right boots. To lessen pain and lower the stress on feet, we have designed boots that can help in plantar fasciitis. As a person walks, the plantar fascia ligament stretches when the foot hits the ground. As a forceful, excessive, and abnormal stretch of this ligament cause plantar fasciitis, our boots are designed in such a manner that it reduces the pressure on the heel of the foot simultaneously on the plantar fascia ligament. It levels the feet at the correct angle that helps to lessen the stretch. Athletes can easily use it during exercise. The boots are specially designed for people with plantar fasciitis. Many people who have tried our boots have given positive reviews. So, anyone suffering from heel pain especially plantar fasciitis should try our boots. It is a cheaper and healthy way to reduce pain. Definitely better than painkillers as they have long-term effects on the body. It lessens pain just after wearing it.As ours boots helps in lessening pain, working people can use our work boots for plantar fasciitis.
