Breakfast of Champions
Ever wonder why breakfast is called breakfast? It's called breakfast because you're breaking a fast. Think about it. Unless you actually eat a fourth meal at midnight, when you wake up each morning, you haven't eaten in almost 12 hours. You've been fasting. Your morning meal is literally breaking your fast.

Skipping breakfast is like driving around with your tires only 2/3 full of air. Your thoughts and your movements will be sluggish and less nimble. You might be able to function like that for a day, but not for much longer. You don't have to a classic Blue Plate Special (bacon, eggs, and toast), but a cup of coffee, sorry to say, does not suffice as a breakfast either.

This is not just an issue of nutrition. It's also an issue of productivity. Whether you're an artist, an entrepreneur, or a desk jockey, to be successful in your field, you need to stay productive. To be productive, you need to start your day with a nice morning meal, otherwise known as a breakfast.
