Breast-Feeding is Best for Newborns

The trends of breast vs. formula feeding have certainly changed throughout time, but modern science concludes that there are several benefits to breast-feeding rather than to give your baby formula. Prior to the 18th century, the only source of nourishment for newbo
babies was breast milk. Because of the rise of hospital births at the turn of the 20th century in America, breast-feeding declined. The trend however reversed after the 1970's, where just more than half of all mothers were again choosing to nourish their babies with breast milk.

The benefits of breast milk are almost limitless.
