As I had mentioned in my first set of articles divulging part of a stressful time in my life, I’ve learned how stress can affect my life, up close and personal.
As mentioned in the last article, some used (vitalized) hemp oil, such as my uncle, for anxiety issues and with great success. HEMP, is widely known for many benefits, besides stress.

Recently, I’ve discovered the importance of 72 trace minerals in one’s diet and frankly, that information wasn’t easy to come by. It’s almost like it’s some deep, dark secret. A secret that is detrimental to one’s overall well-being. So, even if one tries various approaches as stated in my articles in dealing with stress and receives some type of positive response, I believe very strongly these methods would work much better if one’s daily diet were enhanced with the 72 trace minerals. Well, there’s more to come about the importance of 72 trace minerals and it will be in detail. I did my research and can’t wait to share it!

The following are the most important highlights revealed in the series of articles about stress:
• How an individual handles stress plays a major role in determining his or her level of health.
• Stress management can be substantially improved by focusing on the following six equally important areas:
1. Techniques to calm the mine, promote parasympathetic tone, and promote a positive mental attitude.
2. Lifestyle factors
3. Exercise
4. A healthful diet designed to nourish the body and support physiological processes.
5. Dietary and botanical supplements designed to support the body as a whole, but especially the adrenal glands.
6. Supervised stress management program.

• One of the most powerful methods of producing less stress and more energy in the body is breathing with the diaphragm.
Learning to manage time and communicate effectively goes a very long way in reducing stress.
• Exercise is a vital component of a comprehensive stress management program and contributes to overall good health.
• The nutrients especially important for supporting adrenal function are vitamin C, vitamin B6, zinc, magnesium, and pantothenic acid.
• Chinese ginseng, Siberian ginseng, rhodiola, and ashwagandha exert beneficial effects on adrenal function and enhance resistance to stress.

Unfortunately, I relented from discussing other consequences related to stress, such as abdominal fat cell growth and loss of muscle mass; as well as the affects of too much caffeine consumption and the use of certain pharmaceutical drugs. Personally, I’m more interested in dietary solutions, lifestyle factors and exercise; and therefore, decided to share my personal preferences.
